The Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is a family of believers nestled serenely in the beautiful Kisatchie National Forest of Vernon Parish, Louisiana. We are the Church where God blesses his people.
The Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is comprised of over 1,000 members. Approximately fifty to sixty percent of our membership are residents at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, LA. Through our commitment to family, youth education and cultural awareness, we work to be a loving home away from for our military members and their families.
It is no accident that the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is the longest serving African-American congregation in the Leesville area. Our Church was founded in 1899. We are truly a time-tested, God-ordained and Holy Spirit-led ministry for the masses. Come and share God's blessings with us.
