MINISTRY This ministry is responsible for operating
the sound system during all services and events. This ministry serves the congregation by
providing high quality tape recordings that are available immediately following the worship services. The Audio Ministry also records The weekly broadcast tape for the local
radio station. |

COMPUTER
LITERACY LAB The Church computer lab is for use by all
members. It is used primarily to train youth and senior adults Computer literacy. The computer lab
currently has four computers for member use. |

CHOIR This choir is for children ages 7 –
11. The focus of this choir is to sing simple songs that Are fun and instructional as it relates to
the Kingdom of God |

DRILL
TEAM, BRASS BAND AND DRUM CORPS The Church Drill Team, Brass Band and Drum
Corps is comprised of about sixty young men. University Homecoming Parade, as well as
events throughout the State. These youth promote the Cause of Christ through precision drill,
music and Christian chants. |

DEACON
BOARD MINISTRY The Deacons are the trusted stewards of the
church. Persons of good character And strong faith upon whose shoulders rest
the physical operation of the church. It is the Deacons’ duty to shore up
and oversee the needs of God’s house and God’s People, and to support and assist the
Pastor and the ministerial staff so that they would be free to concentrate on seeing to the spiritual needs of the body of
Christ. |

MINISTRY Deaconess Ministry prepares Holy communion
for the first Sunday of each month and other services as scheduled.
The Deaconesses also assist in helping families in need and during bereavement periods. |

– 18 years of age. It is designed to equip young ladies with the skills that will transform them into

MEMBERS MINISTRY The New Members Ministry welcomes all new
members who join the church. The new members ministry assists new
members with appropriate paperwork, provides
information about the church, provides follow-up welcome calls, assist with Baptism needs, and

members ministry serves as a catalyst in speeding up new members incorporation into the

MINISTRY The Prison Ministry advances the Kingdom
of God by ministering to prisoners by proclaiming the Good News of Jesus

prisoners and their families in an effort to bring about
healing and reconciliation. The
ministry assists prisoners in dealing with every day practical
situations. The ministry
impresses upon the local church the importance of the call, the charge and
the mandate of the church to minister to those who are incarcerated. |

ADOPTION AND BEAUTIFICATION MINISTRY The Pleasant Hill Baptist Church seeks in
every way to promote Christ and the Spirit of excellence. For This reason, Pleasant Hill Adopted Nona
Street, which is the main thoroughfare into the community where the Church is located. This ministries
maintains the street adoption flower beds and works to promote cleanliness
and Beauty along the street. |
